Night guard maintenance is very important, not only to extend the life of your nightguard, but also to keep yourself safe from unwanted bacteria. We highly recommend using steriliser tablets at least once every 2-3 days, and if you are wearing a night guard every night, we believe that using an Ultrasonic and UV light steriliser unit as well is the best way to keep the nasties at bay.
