Snorblok NZ Returns & Refund Policy

Snorblok NZ operates under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and Fair Trading Act 1986, which ensure that consumers are entitled to remedies for faulty or misrepresented products. This policy outlines how we apply these rights and additional conditions for specific products we sell.


GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

Snorblok NZ offers a 3-tier return policy:

  1. Snorblok NitePro, which is advertised with a 100% Money-Back Guarantee (terms below).

  2. Imported products, which may carry manufacturer warranties based in their country of origin.

  3. Other products, which are covered by a faulty product warranty only and cannot be returned due to a change of mind or perceived non-performance.

Many of our products are hygienic or personal-use items, and once opened or used, cannot legally or ethically be resold. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on such items, except where required by the CGA (i.e., if the product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described).

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed in batches and may take 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds are returned to the original method of payment via the Shopify platform. We do not retain any payment details.

  • Additional delays may occur with third-party payment providers such as Afterpay or PayPal.


CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY

We encourage customers to make informed decisions before purchasing. Due to individual variations in health and physiology, results with anti-snoring products are not guaranteed unless specifically stated (e.g. Snorblok NitePro).

Change-of-mind refunds or refunds based on lack of expected results (i.e., "perceived non-performance") are not covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act and are accepted only at the discretion of Snorblok NZ.


SNORBLOK NITEPRO MOUTHGUARD – 100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee on the Snorblok NitePro Single Pack only.

Terms:

  • Only 1 mouthpiece per customer is eligible for a refund.

  • The 2-Pack and bundled NitePro offers (e.g. with Airmax Nasal Dilator) are excluded from this guarantee. Only the single pack NitePro qualifies. All bundles will have the Nitepro refunded only.

  • Refund requests must be sent to info@snorblok.co.nz with your order/invoice number (starting with "SN").

  • Snorblok may request the physical return of the mouthguard before issuing a refund. Return instructions will be provided. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


IMPORTED PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Some imported products may be backed by manufacturer warranties, which may require the product to be returned overseas—often not viable. Where applicable, Snorblok NZ will act in good faith to offer a refund or replacement, at our discretion, when local resolution is reasonable and practicable.


FAULTY PRODUCT WARRANTY – 60 DAYS

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Snorblok NZ will:

  • Accept faulty product claims within 60 days of shipping.

  • Request photo evidence where possible.

  • Offer a replacement product. If unavailable, a similar item may be offered or a refund provided if no alternative is acceptable.

To submit a claim, email info@snorblok.co.nz with a description of the issue and (if possible) a photo of the product.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, except where required otherwise by the CGA.


CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We do not generally accept returns for change of mind, especially on used hygienic items. However, if a discretionary return is accepted:

  • The customer must cover the cost of returning the product.

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Not fit for purpose

  • Not as described or represented
